Elite Herbalist is operated by Eliteherbalist Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through eliteherbalist.com. Contact: info@eliteherbalist.com.

Account data: name, email address and password (stored hashed), or Google sign-in details if you use social login.

Assessment & lead data: name, email, optional phone number, and the wellness information you provide in the assessment (goals, age, gender, weight, body type, blood type, preparation preference, current ailments, medications, pregnancy status). This may include health-related information, which we treat with additional care and process only with your explicit consent given at the start of the assessment.

Order data: delivery address and order details. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers.

Usage data: pages visited, referral source, campaign parameters, device type and interaction events, collected via first-party analytics and (with your consent) Google Analytics / Google Ads cookies.

To generate your personalised herbal recommendations; to fulfil orders; to send transactional emails (order confirmations, results) and, where you have consented, wellness marketing emails; to measure and improve the website and our advertising; and to meet legal obligations.

Service providers acting on our instructions: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Klaviyo (email marketing), Google (analytics and advertising, consent-based), our hosting provider, and third-party retailers including Amazon solely to fulfil products you order from us. We never sell your personal data.

Your assessment answers are processed by an automated AI system to generate educational wellness suggestions. Aggregated, non-identifying metrics may also be analysed internally to improve the service. See our Assessment & Medical Disclaimer.

Account and order records are kept while your account is active and as required for tax/legal purposes. Lead and assessment records are kept until you ask us to delete them. Analytics events are kept in aggregate form.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@eliteherbalist.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing via the link in any email. You may complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads) are set only after you accept them in our cookie banner, and you can change your choice by clearing your browser data. First-party session identifiers are used for basic, privacy-respecting site measurement.

All pages, forms and data transfers are served over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, access to personal data is restricted, and health-related inputs are not shared with advertising platforms.
