Returns & Refunds

Products bought in our Herb Store are sold by Eliteherbalist Limited, even where fulfilment is handled through a third-party retailer. Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.

You may cancel an order within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided consumable products are unopened and unused (for hygiene and safety reasons opened consumables cannot be returned unless faulty). Faulty, damaged or incorrect items will be refunded or replaced in full — contact us with a photo and your order number.

To start a return, email info@eliteherbalist.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10 working days of approval.

If you buy through a link to Amazon or another external retailer, that purchase is made with the retailer and their returns and refunds policy applies. Please contact the retailer directly for those orders.
